In the event you have not read "Atlas Shrugged" (store opens August 15; available here is a 6.1 MB PDF) by Ayn Rand, this is the speech of the hidden hero who was quietly convincing innovative, productive and entrepreneurial people to withdraw their support of a corrupt and amoral society by fading away into menial jobs -- to shrug -- while the heroine was desperately trying keep a railroad from collapsing under the weight of government bureaucracy and the incompetent mercantilists beholding to government. Just as she overcomes one obstacle with the aid of talented and dedicated people, she encounters another obstacle, fewer talented and dedicated people and signs asking "Where is John Galt?"
It's long speech, but worth every minute. The imagery add value to the videos. If text is what you want, you'll find the abstract from the PDF here.
